Nicholas R. Pierce
Nicholas was born and raised in Houston, Texas. After high school, Nicholas attended Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. Nicholas was a Paideia Scholar, captained the Southwestern men’s soccer team, studied abroad in Granada, Spain, and graduated with honors in three years with a Bachelor of Arts in business and a Bachelor of Arts in economics.
After college, Nicholas returned to Houston and attended the University of Houston Law Center. There, Nicholas was drawn to trial advocacy and competed in numerous mock trial and negotiation competitions.
Nicholas also clerked at a well-known Houston civil litigation firm, where he gained experience handling cases from their conception through resolution.
After graduating law school and passing the Texas Bar Exam in 2015, Nicholas gained valuable experience at a boutique civil defense litigation firm. Nicholas consistently obtained favorable results for large corporations in various types of complex cases, including construction defect, personal injury, product liability, premises liability, dram shop, and subrogation cases.
Nicholas belongs to several professional organizations and is a member of the Texas Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and Houston Young Lawyers Association.
Nicholas joined the Kassab Law Firm in March of 2019.
